Behind The Scenes Miami is an interactive ecosystem: discover Miami's culture, get tickets, live experiences. This wiki is the ecosystem's memory: an encyclopedia of the city's neighborhoods, communities, art, events, nature and stories, written in our voice and held to the highest editorial standard we know.

How we work

Our editorial methodology is Wikipedia's: every fact verifiable, every article sourced, nothing invented.

• Verifiability: every factual claim must be checkable against a reliable source. If we cannot verify it, we omit it: or mark it clearly as unverified.
• Sources: every article carries its official and reference links. Prefer primary sources: the institution's own site, public records, established archives.
• Neutrality of facts: dates, names and events are reported straight. Our voice lives in the narration: the facts stay neutral.
• No invention: no invented addresses, dates, figures or quotes. A thin true article beats a rich invented one.
• Correction: when we find an error, we fix it and say so. Living documents stay honest.

The facts follow the encyclopedia's discipline; the telling follows our mantra. We write about places through their people: because we don't have favorite places. We have favorite people.
